the Appal project

CCA initiated the Alliance of People Protecting Appalachian Lands (APPAL) to assist the boards of directors of 5 (five) land trusts across WV, KY and TN. We help this informal network of friends ensure their lands will be forever protected from sale, extractive industry, and any development not consistent with their intended purposes. Contact us at cca@ccappal.org if you would like to include your lands and be part of the alliance.
