This resource is an attempt to track information about clergy sexual abuse in the Appalachian region. It was initially conceived in response to the resignation and subsequent investigation of Michael Bransfield, former bishop of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston in West Virginia. The resource then expanded to include information on abuse in other dioceses in the Appalachian region.

We do not need to know nor do we want to know who you are, where the documents came from, or how you got them.
